A service exclusive to the Milling Barn wedding venue, Buntingford, by Drives of Yesteryear
The Tractor and Trailer service
The service runs from the Milling Barn car park to Blunts Wood. This is a distance of about one quarter of a mile. The tractor does not rush in order to give guests a nice smooth ride. A round trip for the tractor takes about 10 minutes.
The trailer will transport your guests down to the woods as and when they arrive. At the time most suitable to you, the trailer can take the groom down and finally the bridal party, just before the start of the ceremony.
The trailer will wait at the entrance to Blunts Wood, ready for any photographs you may require after the ceremony, before taking you and your guests back to Milling Barn.
The trailer will do as many runs as required to take your guests down to the ceremony and bring them back afterwards. The number of runs does not affect the price. The capacity of the trailer is a maximum of 20 people.
If you have other requirements, such as transporting your own musicians to the woodland, this can also be catered for.
Once the final journey with the trailer is completed the tractor can be brought round to the front of the venue for pictures. It is quite popular to have the tractor in the background for your group photographs, either in front of Milling Barn or under the big oak tree opposite.

The tractor and trailer combination is dressed with white flowers and green foliage. Traditional ribbons are on the front of the tractor.
