Help your guests find the venue
Locating your destination can be difficult when you are a long way from home. Over the years we have seen many different methods employed by couples to help their guests, who have traveled a distance and are not familiar with the area, find the wedding venue.
Options such as signs or arrows are fine but you will need to get someone to set this up on the day. Of course signs are of no use unless they are large enough to be obvious and there is always the risk of the wind blowing them over.
What you need is a big unmissable statement which shouts
"You have arrived at the right place"

You may have read elsewhere that we have two tractors. While one is attached to the trailer and running up and down between Milling Barn and the woodland, why not hire the second to sit in front of the Oak tree by the roadside at the entrance to the venue?
Impossible to miss, obscure or blow over, the tractor makes the clearest possible statement to your guests that they are in the right place. You could also say in your wedding invitation to look for the tractor and even include a picture if you wish.

The tractor can also be used for pictures after the ceremony.

Special discount if booked with the tractor and trailer service

If you have booked one of our tractor and trailer options we can provide you with the second tractor for the period that we are on site providing the trailer service, usually about 4 hours.
This will allow the tractor to be in place under the oak tree before your guest a arrive, and give plenty of time for pictures after the ceremony.
The cost is just £75. That is a saving of £125 over our normal hire charge for a single tractor for static display.
